The information below will give you specific instructions on how to join each Zoom Meeting with the Meeting ID:

Follow the steps below after watching the video above

​Please DO NOT CALL to report you have not been let in the Zoom class.  If you are not accepted in, it is because you were LATE or you did not use the correct Meeting ID

FELONY 52-Week Domestic Violence Clients CANNOT take ZOOM Classes.

​
  1. Download the Zoom app onto your device. 
  2. Create your User Account (Be sure your screen name is the same as your "enrolled" name so we know who you are)
  3. Send Class Payment before class.  (Payment links)
  4. At the time of your class, log onto Zoom then click on "Go To Meeting" and enter the Meeting ID  661 333 5545 (B.I.S. 10 digit phone number)...Use your full name and your BIS ID# as your screen name. Your ID# can be found on all BIS reports/emails.
  5. Wait in the "waiting room" until the instructor starts the class. It is your responsibility to have a device that works, has a full battery and can connect to internet.  
  6. After the instructor admits you into the class, type your name and ID # in the chat box.  Enter name and ID# at the beginning AND end of each class to receive attendance credit.
  7. Be sure to fill out and submit a "Pink Sheet" on our website. This must be done during class time. Don't wait to do it later. 

Zoom Rules Are Strictly Enforced!
  1. Client must be in a quiet, private place for meeting
  2. Client must have a good internet connection with a fully charged device. (If you have internet connection issues or your device dies you will not receive credit for the class)
  3. Client must be seated for entire class (No walking around during class...treat Zoom as if you were in an actual classroom setting)
  4. Client must have their first name, last name and client ID #  (as you enrolled into the class) on your screen at all times
  5. Client must keep camera ON and focused on your face at all times
  6. Client must be current on their class fees. You will not receive class credit or any progress reports until each class fee is paid. (Please note unpaid classes will not be recorded for attendance credit)
  7. Client must be on time; anyone arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted into the class.
  8. Client must be available to participate in the entire class, no leaving early.  If attendee is unresponsive after 3 attempts by the instructor, the instructor reserves the right to remove them from the class and attendance credit will not be recorded.  
  9. All clients must be respectful to all participants and instructor.
  10. All clients must complete and submit a PINK Sheet after each class. 
  11. Confidentiality is strictly enforced. If you violate this rule you will be banned from attending ALL future zoom classes.
If you have don't have a good internet connection, your device is not fully charged or you don't have a quiet and private space to attend class you do not meet the Zoom requirements and will not receive class credit.
