How do I enroll in classes?  Please ENROLL ONLINE. We will contact you within 2 business days after enrollment submission. If you are unable to enroll online, please call 661-333-5545 for assistance.

When are you in the office?  Office meetings are by appointment only. Please schedule by texting 661-333-5545.

Where is your office located?  We have three locations. Our main office is located at 1400 Chester Ave. Suite A, Bakersfield, CA 93301. The office is at the very corner of Chester Ave and 14th St. next door to the Big Red Barn.
How do I let B.I.S. know I will be absent from a class?  Please do not call if you are going to be absent from a class.  However, feel free to leave a text message to 661-333-5545 or send an e-mail to inform B.I.S. of an absence.
​What classes does B.I.S. offer?  We offer court-approved programs for Anger Management, Child Abuse, Child Endangerment, Child Neglect, Domestic Violence, Domestic Violence Diversion, Failure to Protect and Parenting.  The program lengths vary and can be tailored to your requirement.
What type of payment plans does B.I.S. offer?  Ideally, clients would prepay for a program prior to beginning.  However, for ultimate flexibility, we will accept payments on a per-class basis with $25 payments due prior to the beginning of a class.  We will make every effort to work with our clients on personalized payment plans.
How much does each class cost?  Each class is $25, payable prior to the beginning of class.
Where are classes held in Taft, CA?  Classes held in Taft, CA are located at St. Andrews Church, 508 Woodrow St., Taft, CA 93268.  Please, park on the street and enter St Andrews Church through the alley entrance. Be aware this is not a BIS office location; it is only a class meeting site. Where are classes held in Tehachapi, CA?  Our Tehachapi class is held at Corner Stone Center, 410 West J Street Suite A, Tehachapi, CA 93561.  Be aware this is not a BIS office location; it is only a class meeting site. Please refer to Class Schedule.
Are any classes held remotely?  We offer some classes through Zoom as well as in-person. Please note that FELONY DV (Batter's Intervention Program) is not permitted on Zoom per Probation Standards.
